Attention basketball enthusiasts! Registration is underway for the City of Pleasanton's 2001 Men's Winter Adult Basketball League.

Registration Information and Fees

Mail-in registration may be submitted at any time through December 11, 2000. Walk-in registration begins on Monday, December 11, 2000 and ends on Thursday, December 14, 2000 at 5:00 pm. There is a $550.00 fee for each team in addition to a $10.00 per player non-resident fee for those players who live outside of the City of Pleasanton. Registration will be held at the Tennis and Community Park office located at 5801 Valley Avenue. Registration forms may be obtained using the contact information found below. All rosters and fees will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, within each priority category. The following guidelines are used in determining priority classification. Priority 1 teams consist of teams with 75% Pleasanton residents. Priority 2 teams are teams with 100% of their roster either living or working in Pleasanton. Priority 3 teams will consist of at least 75% of their roster living in Pleasanton, Livermore or Dublin, and Priority 4 teams will be all other teams as space allows.

League Information

Games will be held in the City of Pleasanton/Harvest Park Middle School Gymnasium, the City of Pleasanton/Pleasanton Middle School Gymnasium, and the City of Pleasanton/Thomas Hart Middle School Gymnasium. Leagues will be comprised of six teams, each playing two rounds for ten games. The Mens C-2 and Mens C-3 teams will play on Thursday nights from January 11th to March 22nd. Game times will be at 6:30, 7:40 and 8:50. The Masters (over 40) teams will play on Sunday nights from January 7th to March 25th. Game times for this league will be at 5:45, 7:00 and 8:15 pm.
