JULY 2023 ACTIVITY SUMMARY

We are pleased to present this monthly report on development activity within Hacienda. All report data are updated periodically and new information is posted to our web site as soon as it is publicly available.

The following overview will provide you with information on the most recent Hacienda activity pertaining to occupancy, tenants, sales and regional data of interest. Please also refer to selections found under the Project Overview section of our web site for related information.

Park Activity

  • Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions  {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy increased from month to month to 85.38% owing to a decrease in Office and Flex space vacancy to 19.33% and 6.22% respecrtively. Retail space vacancy increased over the month to 6.66%. Warehouse space vacancy was unchaged for the month at 0.00%. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: Infinite Smile Dental, OneStop Aesthetic Travel and Wellness Center, and PHD Architects Inc..

  • Development  {Summary of development approvals and project construction information}: No new development projects are currently under construction. Major tenant and site improvement work is proceeding at several locations including: 4305 Hacienda Drive, 4432 Rosewood Drive, 4501 Hopyard, 5672 Stoneridge Drive, 4480 Willow Road and 5758 W. Las Positas.

  • Sales  {Summary of project sales}: No new sales were completed in the last month.
