Park Activity

• Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy decreased slightly for the month to 86.91% owing to an increase in Office space vacancy to 11.27% and a slight increase in Flex space vacancy to 11.03%. Retail space vacancy decreased slightly from the previous month to 4.20% and Warehouse space vacancy was unchanged for the month. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: Omron Robotics and Safety Technologies, Inc., Link Silicon Valley, Blackline, Inc., PrideStaff East Bay Tri-Valley, Quiring General LLC, Code Ninjas, Matchpoint Solutions, Team Secret Fencing Club and TeamLogic It.
